Purchased a bracelet on line and organised to pick this up in their Glasgow store however this was sent to another one.
Following many emails the bracelet was sent to the correct store.
I have purchased several items from Chisholm and Hunter in the past and have had great service.
However the service I received during this purchase was not good and would make me look at other jewellers in future.
