I ordered earrings online, if i ordered them on monday 12th december they would arrive by thursday 16th, i was going to my daughters on 17th. They didnt arrive til 20th december. Changed delivery address to my neighbour. These were a xmas present, so i wasnt very pleased. I managed to get the item at one of your shops
