Awful service! From being told at point of purchase I could return or exchange an item, to then reading the policy on a printed receipt (none of which is stated on the email receipt) that you can only exchange for store credit.
Long story short I was told under no circumstances will they refund, this should reall be clearly stated on all receipts if not on a giant sign at the shop door
