Wanted to surprise my daughter with a ring for Christmas only problem being was I wasn't sure of her ring size. Sent for the size from one of her rings only to find that it was too big. I returned it for a size down & received it within a week. Unfortunately it wasn't the right size so again had to return it. Received an email notifying me that they had received it. The customer service is excellent and I would definitely shop here again.
