Easy to order online. Received watch promptly.
Not great customer service though. Called a shop twice to try and swap a gift bought for Christmas. Twice been told I would be called back the next day. Still waiting.
I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from them again, the business set up between online and the shops is too old fashioned, and disappointing in this day and age.
