Ordered specifically because it said that the item would arrive on a specific day but then had to chase dispatch and it became evident it would not be delivered that day causing a great deal of hassle rearranging plans.
I then enquired as to the whereabouts of the tools the details said were included to be told they weren't. I subsequently found out they were and their location in the presentation box by someone else. Very poor product knowledge and behaviour with an expensive, high end item.
