On initial store visit (to remediate an on-line purchase), sales assistant was quite abrupt and not very engaging. More personable second visit to collect purchase. Based on this experience not convinced that in-store service offers much above that available on-line. Generally a wee bit disappointed with overall service and inability to clarify/confirm purchase due to limited in store range - sizes in particular.
