My experience in the silverburn shop was made a relaxing enjoyable experience, I had always thought it rather daunting as you window shop and look in the shop but Michael made me feel welcome and took the time to answer all my questions , I had originally went to Ernest Jones who in an empty shop the 3 sales staff didn’t make any attempt to converse and after a couple of minutes made me feel rather uneasy so I left ,anyway not a major purchase but was still given a discount by Michael and I will be going back there hopefully for that Tudor that will be worth saving for .
