i bought a white gold pendant for a birthday present. Original price £195 reduced to £99
What a bargain !!!
Oh no. When I opened the box the pendant would not hang flat. It kept falling to one side.
I rang customer services who offered a refund. Very Fair.
However, I feel as if this should have been noticed before dispatch.
My gift entailed my relative having to go into Nottingham to either get a refund or an exchange.
Please take more care in dispatch. It would have saved a lot of inconvenience to the customer.
