I have contacted you by email regarding my recent purchase . The purchase seems to be incomplete and doesn’t correspond with the photos on your website , neither does it match the set sold as same on the Swarovski website both the same price both pictures detailing what is included but I have a braclet missing. My email hasn’t had a response . I have tried to resolve this via email with no joy. My 3 star rating comes from being happy with the quality of what I have received , I’m disappointed that I haven’t had a response
