I think this is probably the best customer service I’ve had in years! Initially, I purchased a watch when it was discounted only to receive an e-mail the next day to tell me there had been a fault with the website and the watch was actually out of stock. I was sent around 4 choices of watches that were in stock if I wanted to choose another style or was told one would be put aside and sent out to me when stock was next coming in (around 27th Dec). I opted to wait as it was just for myself. I received the watch around 2 weeks earlier than expected. Following on from that I needed several links taken out so took the watch to the Edinburgh Chisholm Hunter store where it was resized and on my wrist within less than 5 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly polite and efficient and it’s definitely left me likely to choose this jewellers again in the future.
