Absolutely scunnered with Chisholm Hunters customer service. Both in store and head office.
My partner bought a ring on the 21st Dec. Was not told he could not return said ring. An engagement ring which he told the sales assistant was a surprise. I went into the shop in Argyle arcade in Glasgow to be belittled by a member of staff asking if my fiance had got his jumper for Christmas in a fire sale! She said why you bringing it back. I explained to her that I couldn't wear the metal that was in the ring ( fiance not aware) she said that's a bit sad that your doing that, then I proceeded to explain again the reasons to which she said that was a bit embarrassing! I called the fort and the manager said she could exchange it I explained the situation again and also said I was just looking for a refund after the way I had been spoke to and the manager said that they havr never ever refunded. I asked to escalate it and she told me that her area manager was on a day off and she didn't want to bother him and she would give me customer service number. I called customer service and spoke to Rachel who was very understanding and said she would speak to someone and get back to me at quater to the hour. She never got back to me. I called back 4 times to be told she wasn't at her desk. Eventually someone said Rachel said the regional manager will call you tomorrow morning. I still have not received that call. I have also contacted customer services this afternoon and the lady told me she would call me back in 2 mins, I'm still waiting. I work in customer service and I will never ever use this company again.
