My Husband and I went to buy me an eternity ring after 12 years of marriage. We were met by Michael in store who was extremely welcoming and greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and a beer for my husband. Micheal went through all the different styles of rings, allowed me to try on several ring with my existing wedding band and engagement ring, to see which ring would suit my hand and rings best. He was knowledgeable and experienced. Once we decided on the ring I wanted, he then gave us options around clarity of the diamonds.
