Excellent online purchase experience and then in-store aftercare when I needed the bracelet adjusted.
Only issue was having selected the fastest delivery option, they should have been clearer on the longer than expected timeframe for dispatch. Items are dispatched a day after you make the purchase rather than on the day even if you did a morning transaction.
