As much as I would like to say my experience has been positive, I can't. "Mixed" would be the fairest. Having ordered a watch, with a very strong discount admittedly, the watch duly arrived. It took a few days longer than anticipated and used Royal Mail shipping, which I never really enjoy for high-value items. Upon opening the "new" watch, which even came with an "inspected by" sheet reassuringly telling me the watch had been thoroughly prepped before dispatch and visually inspected, it was very very far away from new. It had been worn extensively, with a heavily scratched bracelet and wear marks on the bronze inner, not just from atmospheric ageing as you get with bronze. This was extensive wear. Returns took another few days and, having had the experience somewhat soured, I requested a refund. I would state my dealings with the team have been efficient and courteous at all times - certainly one of the best on the communication side. At the end of the day, I'm not paying for the communication, which is a shame as if the condition has indeed been as new, I'd be a happy customer and the tone of this review would be markedly different.
