While the product was excellent the delay in delivery very nearly lead to returning the product
The delivery was promised for Monday and it was the main reason for buying online as I could have traveled to the Inverness store.
By late Monday I emailed CH (still no reply 15 days later) asking where the item was.
If you can’t make a delivery on time don’t advertise that you can, poor and possibly will not buy from CH again
