The worst customer service I have received ever Put a bracelet in for a small repair in June that was supposed to take four weeks The bracelet was sent to workshop then without my permission sent to the manufacturer I have not received my bracelet and seem to be getting told various stories about its whereabouts!
It is now nearly five months without my bracelet.
