Went into the glasgow fort store to get some links removed from a watch my wife had purchased for me. . Unfortunately I didn't get the young girls name. Long black hair, got 2 or 3 removed whilst I was away doing other stuff.came back . Watch was still too loose, she took some more off a couple of times whilst I was there. Then finally fitted perfectly. Gave me the watch and box etc back . I said I've still to pay,. There was no charge. I didn't even buy the watch from there, . Was chuffed to say the least. Was not expecting that. So popped back in with a tin of chocolates for her to say thank you. Very much appreciated
