Treated myself to a new watch and visited the Chester branch to view the model on my bucket list. The four staff members were so warm and welcoming, one lady made me a gorgeous cup of tea which set me up for a great experience. I was then introduced to Richard, what a knowledgeable, friendly, honest person, he was in a different league as far as customer service goes, never once being smart or pushy just a really really nice person. I’ve worked with many people over the years and know a nice person when I meet one and Richard was one of those who just told you everything you wanted and needed to know and did it in a lovely calm manner. I bought the watch and it was the whole customer experience from the cup of tea to Richard explaining this watch in the greatest detail and showing me things I didn’t know which made the sale. Can’t praise this branch and these four people highly enough, oh and because I was late arriving they all had to remain in branch until 20 minutes past their finish time, I felt awful and kept apologising but they were so so accommodating and pleasant. Richard and the team you are real customer ambassadors for the Chrisholm Hunter group, thank you so much for making a long trip so enjoyable and another bucket list ticked off.
