My fiance and I have been looking for months for our perfect bands and walked in to this stunning store in Chester and greated by one of the most polite staff we had the pleasure of meeting. Marie offered us a drink and a seat at a table to discuss designs. We had no intentions of purchasing anything just looking as yiu do but marie was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and understanding of budget. The level of professionalism was amazing. Expert advice on which was best and which best suited, Marie made us feel right at home. Maybe more staff need to be trained like this wonderful you lady. We purchased and our rings where sent for sizing. From the moment we sat down to the moment we recieved our ring was a fantastic level of service. Will 100 percent return for any other jewellery we may need or want.
