Website states: "Order before noon (Monday to Saturday) for next-day delivery" Ordered before 9am on Friday morning expecting a watch on Saturday. Never received a dispatch confirmation so contacted online chat at 4pm on Saturday. Was advised it would be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. So if you need your product promptly I suggest you shop somewhere with more reliable delivery times. Edit: Chisholm Hunter actually phoned to apologise for the misleading info on the website and offered a gesture of goodwill to compensate. Product was as expected and price identical to other stores so updated review to 4 stars.
