Ordered a Longines Hydroconquest online. Was in stock but got a call 15 mins after purchase to say out off stock but might be able to order in. Call back a few days later & told it could take 10 days but after that time heard nothing so called back again & told it would be a few more days. Basically after 3 weeks I called to cancel the order & got told someone would have to call me back. When they did & I said I wanted to cancel told me they had the watch in front of them & as I still wanted it I said fine & I did receive it next again day. Problem was with the communication as basically there was none & I had to keep chasing so to me that’s poor customer service.
