Watch was delivered in the wrong box and with the wrong warranty card. Reached out to customer services who were very responsive and sourced a replacement in original packaging and shipped it to my local store at Bluewater with a complimentary watch winder. Staff and management at Bluewater are excellent and resized my bracelet for me. While the initial experience was disappointing, the after sales experience has more than made up for it and has exceeded my expectation. Thank you.
