While on vacation in Egypt in October, where the average temperature was around 36 degrees Celsius, I purchased a pair of earrings from your branch, which I later discovered operates under the umbrella of a third-world country. Unfortunately, the earrings melted upon contact, with small parts breaking off. I returned to the store to report this issue, and I was informed that an examination of the product would be necessary. However, I have concerns about the reliability of this examination and the motivations behind it. It seems troubling that in pursuit of profit, the quality of your products may be compromised.
