Ordered earrings before Christmas.
First 2 attempts didn’t complete.
Then had a tracking number which said delivery on 23rd December.
Received notification and photo from Royal Mail to say package was delivered on 23rd.
Not my front door or post code.
I seem to have been sent wrong tracking number.
Phoned store twice and promised a call back.
On my 3rd call I was told the earrings had never been shipped in the first place.
No apology!
The package would be collected by Royal Mail at 2 o’clock!
Of course didn’t arrive until 27th!
One very disappointed daughter.
