Ordered item before noon on the Thursday with the assurance of "Guaranteed next day delivery"
Having no further communication from CH I contacted them on the Friday asking where is my order, response,
"Unfortunately we had an issue with Royal Mail yesterday and the post was delayed until today meaning this will be delivered tomorrow for you" THAT TOLD ME OFF.
Eventually received item on the Tuesday which I have now returned for a full refund.
Total lack of communication knowing that the item was delayed but no importance of notifying the customer.
