Simply appalling.
Bought wedding rings, one arrived and they tried to give us a different one on the second.
1 month after our wedding we finally have both our rings.
Store staff all say different things, at best incompetence but seemed more by plan.
We met the store manager, no idea his name as he did not give it and beyond professional.
