The item I ordered as a gift for a friend is fine, but the customer service poor. The incorrect address was put on the parcel, causing confusion and a lot of time to myself trying to track down the delivery slip in order for me to be able to collect it from my local post office. When I emailed to complain, I was disappointed that, at the very least, the delivery charges were not offered back straight away. Given that the postage was almost £6, more than your average small parcel, I was quite shocked. It was only when I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded, did this happen. Not good enough in my opinion.
