The watch arrived without the bracelet being altered and the box was a little marked. I sent it back having spoke to the manager at Glasgow and he sent out a new one with altered strap. All in all a good solid product which I really like. The service was good overall despite the initial glitch. I would use Chisholm Hunter again as they are a good company and are service quality orientated with staff that are knowledgeable in the products they sell.
