Ordered watch and went v quiet. Rang to ask what is happening.
Apparently they couldn't find the box for the watch. Agreed to send without box but they sent wrong watch. Made them aware so they sent prepaid Royal mail bag to return watch but bag too small so didnt fit. Had to sort this out myself. Told them wanted refund and took several days to confirm this by email. Takes ages and dispatch dept seems a shambles.
