Price good but delivery was not as promised from the live chat agreement made.
Had to chase up several times and still don't have the correct strap for my watch.
The free delivery didn't happen, so I had to pay it (and caused a further delay because the Post Office took the item back while postage paid).
Expected a bit more for £2.5k paid as a lump sum.
