Your refund process takes too long (and I’m still waiting) especially when I’ve paid additional postage for secure delivery.
Megan replied to my query about this via your website and I also spoke to her over the phone confirming you have received the item and was waiting for your accountant to process the refund.
Very poor service and reading the comments others have or are experiencing the same issue.
