Brilliant service. I walked up and down Hatton Garden, waiting for someone to catch my attention, and was pleasantly surprised when I came across Chloe's. I didn't really have much knowledge of diamonds or platinum or anything before I stepped in, but they were very informative, providing the absolute facts, and by the end of it I felt like a diamond merchant. But in all seriousness, we walked in, didn't see anything we liked, showed them a photo of the ring we'd seen on the internet somewhere, and 4 weeks later, we had that exact ring with our choice of diamond. I recommend. Needless to say, my fiancee said "Hell yeah".
