Appalling Customer Service!
I ordered a desk from CFS Furniture Store in May, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. Since then, I’ve been trying to arrange for a replacement, but the customer service has been extremely disappointing. There has been no follow-up or correspondence, and the issue remains unresolved. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
