Absolute waste of time. Ordered 2 units but have so far received 4 different delivery dates. Advertised as in stock and delivery within 5 to 10 days. Over 2 months later and yet another delivery date of a further month i cancelled my orders. Can you get a refund? NO despite being given a refund date this also hasn't happened. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY unless you can wait 6 months and then not get your money back. Absolutely rubbish.

Avoid this company if you don’t want to waste your time and money. I placed an order on April 17th for an extendable dining table and a coffee table. Unfortunately, communication with this company has been extremely poor — almost impossible. For the past three weeks, they have kept delaying the delivery, saying each time that the items would arrive at their warehouse “by Friday,” yet I still haven’t received any clear or honest update. The table was needed for a specific occasion, and despite their promises and reassurances, it never arrived. When I requested a refund, I was told I would have to wait another 10 days to get my money back. This company is simply a joke.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This company takes many months to ship your item and do not reply to emails, you have to keep chasing them just to give you excuses. I bought a really expensive item from there and it came damaged and did not look like the picture. The customer service is very rude and they did not do anything about my item now I have a faulty, damaged item that looks nothing like the pic and have wasted so much money. Honestly buy from another store because cfs is a scam.

Terrible. Ordered on 7th March, had emails telling me the item will be in their warehouse 17th March then nothing since, their website has not updated, emailed and now been told it will arrive in their warehouse by end of this week. I had told them if it wasn't going to be delivered by end of Tuesday (meaning today) I want a refund, but they scooted round that by telling me it will be in by end of this week and I will have a delivery date given to me this week , not good enough for an item that was bought as a mothers day gift, have since had to buy another gift , so this is useless now anyway

Awful company to deal with no communication then when chased the delivery date is another month, to crown it all the colour is wrong and they want another £60 to return it! Avoid!

I placed an order on 19th August with the expectation that delivery would take 14–21 days, as clearly stated on the website. What followed was an endless series of delays, broken promises, and conflicting updates from customer service. I was first told my order would arrive in the warehouse by 14th September. As I was away on holiday, I asked for delivery to be arranged for 6th October. Despite this clear communication, I was then informed that delivery would be pushed back to the week commencing 20th October, only to later hear that the item wouldn’t even reach the warehouse until 10th November. Each update completely contradicted the last — one representative even claimed the item had already been dispatched from Denmark, which turned out to be untrue. The lack of transparency and reliability has been extremely frustrating, and I’ve had to spend weeks chasing updates that should have been proactively provided. I’ve since had to cancel the order and request a full refund, but given the time lost, the misinformation, and the disruption caused, I genuinely believe some form of compensation would be the least the company could offer. This experience has completely eroded my trust in this retailer. I would strongly caution others against ordering from them unless they are prepared for major delays and very poor communication.

I spent nearly £2,000 on a dining set from CFS and the whole experience has been awful. First my original order wasn’t available, then delivery was pushed back nearly 4 weeks with no updates. On the delivery day I was told the van broke down, then later that two chairs were damaged — with no clear timeline or proper communication. I’m now getting my money back (thankfully paid by credit card). Terrible communication from start to finish.

Ordered something "in stock" with started delivery time of 5-10 days. After 4 months of chasing them up I cancelled my order. Still waiting for the refund of my money which they took up front and promised to return within 5-10 working days (that was 12 working days ago and counting). Would never use again.

Appalling Customer Service! I ordered a desk from CFS Furniture Store in May, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. Since then, I’ve been trying to arrange for a replacement, but the customer service has been extremely disappointing. There has been no follow-up or correspondence, and the issue remains unresolved. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Terrible company, will lie about delivery dates and not actually deliver your furniture. Waited over a month with no update, told its “good news” that I’d be waiting another MONTH for the wardrobe to arrive in their warehouse. Asked for an instant refund at this point!

Bad company. Don't deliver. Hold money for weeks change deluvery dates all time when you cancel don't issue refund as requested

Absolute avoid at all cost ,order sofa which ment to be in stock , then contacted them and they say 8 weeks to wait as they don’t have this colour in stock.Promised a refund 10-14 days and I am still waiting 15 days later.Going through it with my bank and credit card as they don’t respond to any emails
