I ordered 4 Malibu dining chairs,which stated 2 days delivery.After not hearing anything for 7 days emailed them asking what the hold up was,still no reply.I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute against this company.Then the phone calls and emails began saying if I didn't close the case against them they would not deliver my items,I stated once I had proof of despatch I would then indeed close the case,but to no avail.I have never been treat like this off any other establishment.please be aware of these people.Thank you to PayPal who found in my favour and have issued a full refund.

This company lies about delivery dates’ Do not order from this company! Ordered a dressing table 8 weeks ago and still never received! Called them twice a week to be told it’s coming that week and then emailed them to be told it’s will arrive the same week...they lie and lie. They take your money and expect you to wait months....truth is there is no delivery dates. This happened to me the first time I ordered and I gave them the benefit of doubt and they have done it again! Now waiting for a refund within 24hrs let’s see how long this takes them.

I have been told I would receive a full refund for 2 chairs which were not to the spec as advertised on the website. The chairs have beeb collected. CFS tell me that the full refund has been processed. I have sent them my bank statement to prove that the refund has not been received. The matter remains unresolved and I have now started a process of litigation to recover the refund. The customer service is terrible and dishonest.

We ordered a sofa and recliner but when it was delivered we got a sofa that had big bunches and pleats where it was sewn very badly. We refused to accept it which made them really ticked them off. The Lisbon store had very rude customer service from the beginning and he said well we were difficult to deal with. We got furniture ONE WEEK AGO and the rocking recliner is Sewn badly on one arm but the WORST is the recliner springs squeak when rocking and knocks. also the ELECTRONICS DON'T WORK!!! now this is a ONE WEEK OLD RECLINER THAT NOTHING WORKS ON!!! Customer service said ... and I quote " I REALLY DON'T CARE!!! I wish I had seen the reviews before ever buying from them, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ever. So I have a new chair that NOTHING works right. DO NOT BUY, after you do your screwed if anything is wrong .

Do not buy from them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!! They are a bunch of liars. I ordered a 200cm marble dining table from them. I called two professional people to assemble it heavy also, but they couldn't, and I paid them for nothing because CFS had delivered the wrong sized (90cm) base. It is advertised on the website as 100cm also the plinth which supposed to hold the top is also wrong sized. There is no alignment. We called and emailed them so many times, asking them to collect the wrong sized base and send the correct one. Now, they have a story to tell us that the size they are advertising on the website is wrong, and they have the same sized base for 160cm, 180cm, and 200cm table. My question is, why did you send the bigger size pinth(board goes under th top) with the table, which should fit on the 100 cm base? Why are you asking us to send you measurements and pictures every time? Is this our job? If you just do 90cm sized marble base, then why don't you have the plinth for that? They just don't want to correct their mistake. We have moved in recently, and CFS is giving me huge stress. I am regretting it. I will return it and don't know what will happen with the refund.

Great website and prices, but the worst customer service: - They don't contact you to let you know what's going on once the ETA has expired and leave all the chasing to you -Those answering the phones are also bordering on rude and are just generally unhelpful -I was told I could choose date of delivery but that didn't happen - they just forced a date upon me -Night before delivery they text me to say they were coming at 6am -They leant a piece of the bed against the wall and it stained the wall

Awful company to deal with: Poor communication, mis-information, delivered the wrong item, and its taken getting our credit card company involved before finally getting our money back. We ordered a dining room set off the Choice Furniture Store website taking advantage of an offer that was on at the time, and paid our deposit on our credit card. We had been told that it would take about a month before the item was in stock. After two months of chasing them for updates, we were eventually told that they had our table and two of the four dining chairs in stock but were awaiting the final two. We decided to get them to deliver what they had and paid an additional amount to cover the part order but withheld the final balance while the other chairs were outstanding. When the item arrived, there were no chairs delivered and it wasn’t the table we had ordered. After contacting their customer services, we were asked to give them 24 hours to look into what had gone wrong, and locate our items. Having heard nothing, we again had to chase them for an answer. After speaking to several members of staff and getting different answers, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I gave them available dates to collect the incorrect table, with each being dismissed by them as being unsuitable. After a week of telephone calls and emails and feeling like we were getting nowhere, we contacted our credit card company to seek assistance with getting our refund, which has finally been issued by CFS and eventually the wrong table has been collected.

I'm deeply disappointed with CFS. My partner had a terrible experience with them, facing delays, disrespectful customer service, and a measly 5% refund offer that didn't cover the hassles. What's worse, reading through other reviews, it's clear CFS consistently blames customers or the delivery company, never owning up to their mistakes. A company to avoid at all costs.

Shocking I placed on order paid in full in March /April time and was told 6 to 8 weeks now December no sign excuse after excuse, is this shore drop shipping ? They have earned interest off my money and no good supplied ! I have since had a refund as I have gone without furniture most of this year 2023.

We ordered a bunch of things for our new home but did one mistake of ordering a wardrobe from CFS. Their customer care is below average. We ordered a wardrobe and it doesn't come with proper instructions, there are no markings on the individual parts and there are details which bits & pieces should be used in which parts. We received this wardrobe after waiting for 6 weeks and entire product looks cheap and not strong enough. After mailing them a dozens of times, only answer we get is we are sailing these items for years and we never had this complaint before. I mean so what, I am complaining it now and they should look into it seriously, not just play on the mails. BE AWARE THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY SO THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING. One of the parcel was soaked in water and to replace that, CFS will take another 4 weeks. We asked for free assembly as the instructions are very poor and they are denying it.

Excellent service, boney m helped me a lot, with measurements etc, Good choice of funiture , good work ethics and customer service. I got my purchase and good service as I expected. I would recommend this place for any lastest funiture.

They are very unprofessional with a bad system in place. It’s not the best experience, hassle - didn’t run smoothly. I’d your prepared to get flustered with emails and calls and staff not treasurer listening and following a bad protocol then be prepared for that. Product itself was geo white table and looks lovely after 2 failed delivery attempts, first time box was open and parts missing, Second delivery no one would assemble it even though we asked waited a few weeks in between deliveries. Just hassle you know. The money I spent I just wanted abit of organisation and professionalism.

Poor quality furniture. Chair collapsed under me injuring me but because it was one month out of warranty customer service couldn’t give a hoot. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Ordered a dinning table from this company. Just before moving into a new build property. So of course there was a delay on my part in excepting this order due to none completion of the property. But the company was great and patient. Then came the delivery date, i sat in all day, nothing arrived. So had to wait till the next day to contact them. To be told it was delivered and i am a liar. They sent me fake signed delivery note as there evidence. I sent my cctv as mines then the tone changed. There excuse was then the driver delivered to a different address. And they knew the address too. (Yet before they was certain it was my address and i signed for it) They told me to go and find the address and get my table 🤔 220cm marble table i must carry myself 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔. Yes i refussed. It took them a week to go back to this property only to tell me that the person there said theres no table here. So then i was told a new delivery date. When i rang to confirm they know where i live the day before. I was told there is no table to deliver. By this time i was already off work. So another day lost to these show clowns. I was promised £75 compensation and a delivery date before Christmas. Guess what????? Not only during the day they told me its out on delivery. They did not show up. I have no table this Christmas with family coming, no refund, no explanation nothing. I am now taking legal action just to get my money back as they refuse to give a refund. So many good companys lost during this pandemic and there still here. There thieves and rubbers. The good reviews are pot luck. You order you pay you recieve your goods. This is normally. Its the bad reviews that tells you what a company is really like as it highlights the gaps in there business. So if i am blocking that gap this week and you get good service i have just smoothed the way for you. But next time who would be in that gap? I have to take legal action to get my money back?? Let that be a warning to you BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Ordered 3 items from a range. Delivery didn't arrive on the date stipulated on the order page. Calls to Customer Service and Sales were fruitless, ended up talking to a nice man in the warehouse who confirmed the item was due in the following day. Arrived with me 2 weeks later! Despite all the crates and packaging, 1 item arrived damaged and not as per the photos. Arranged a replacement, slightly better but definitely not like the photos. Delivery date for the 2nd item was not a weekend, as agreed. Ended up taking more time off work. Would not take back all the items, as the other 2 items were not damaged. Didn't deliver to a room of choice, as agreed on email. Rude to my wife, actually refused to deal with her. Minimal compensation accepted. Do not recommend this company at all. To add.... 30 minutes after my initial review, a chap called who has offered me more "compensation" to remove the review. Shame they were not this quick with communication earlier in the year. It is no longer about the money, or incorrectly portrayed furniture. People out there need to know what kind of company this is. EDIT - Yet another phone call asking for this to be taken down.

Paid for my product May 5th with a 5 day delivery promise. Eventually after lots of chasing agreed a delivery on June 3rd. They never arrived. They then said 12th June so I asked for a refund. I was promised a refund on the 3rd, 5th, 10th and 11th of June. I’ve still not received a refund or my product. When you call it just rings. When you finally speak to someone the man is rude. Do not use. Total scam
