“I spent nearly £2,000 on a dining set from CFS and the whole experience has been awful. First my original order wasn’t available, then delivery was pushed back nearly 4 weeks with no updates. On the delivery day I was told the van broke down, then later that two chairs were damaged — with no clear timeline or proper communication. I’m now getting my money back (thankfully paid by credit card). Terrible communication from start to finish.”

There was another reason why I started this process with certain errors that, regrettably, could not be fixed, but the staff did their best, and I appreciate that.”
