Customer service totally non existent.
I was offered an exchange as hat didn't fit when arrived, instead they denied this conversation was ever had issued a refund.
when queried they denied the conversation was ever had regarding the exchange and wanted an additional £60 for the same hat as the sale had conveniently ended the day before.
WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!
