Terrible customer service. I ordered a watch online that was supposedly in stock a month ago and still no update. I’ve called twice and sent multiple emails but they just ignore my emails and when I call they tell me they will pass on the message to the person who is handling my sale and I never hear from them again.
I’m about to go to my bank and get my money back through them for this non existent watch.
