There seems to be a common theme here!!!
I ordered two virtual pub gifts, I had an email saying it had been dispatched followed by another a few days later saying it would be late. I finally received an email saying sorry, item maybe lost, apply for a refund.
This is where the fun started!!!!
I contacted this company to first be told, refer to card put through your door? What card?
Phoned again to be told, forward all emails regarding this which I duly did. They then sent me an email pic of my front door in October, no card present, (gets better) with another pic of a box in a warehouse in November in Lincoln which supposedly I’d collected at 7.52 on a Saturday with a completely different name!!! Also, I live in berkshire… do the geographical chuckling cheeses…
No one but the poor assistant on the phone would talk to me.., shocking customer service, I am livid
