Ordered some of the chilli jam, and it was awful, just like a jar of slime, I got in touch with them and the after sales service was terrible, did not even offer a voucher or refund for the jam. They have no after sales service at all, very disappointing and will not order again. No refund, no voucher, no customer service terrible
