I went onto their site via Confused .com and got quotes for car insurance that were reasonable however when I went to pay their site was experiencing technical difficulties for over 5 days and so I rang them to pay for car insurance and the phone was busy for over 45 minutes and the person who went through the insurance was professional once I got through and I purchased the insurance.
