“Churchill Makes False Promises and Delivers Poor Service – Twice!
I’m extremely disappointed with Churchill Insurance. This is now the second time they’ve caused me unnecessary stress by assigning Auxillis for my courtesy car — a company that gave me terrible service the first time around. Despite raising concerns previously, Churchill still sent me back to the same provider, which shows they’ve learned nothing and don’t care about the customer experience.
On top of that, Churchill makes false promises during the claims process — they say one thing over the phone to reassure you, but what actually happens is completely different. They overpromise, underdeliver, and leave you chasing support when things go wrong.
Partnering with Auxillis again shows poor judgment and no accountability. If Churchill truly valued their customers, they’d stop working with companies that consistently fail to deliver.
This experience has made me lose trust in Churchill, and I’ll be seriously reconsidering my renewal.”

It’s almost Impossible to speak to a human, and after going in circles with ridiculous AI, when you do get a person they ignore the instruction to cancel.
You can’t cancel online without setting up a ‘dashboard’ where they are collecting even more information which is a pathetic attempt to mine more data.
