Churchill have had a blatant disregard for customer service whilst handling my case
Churchill have told multiple lies including "the fact my car and personal belongings would be safeguarded already knowing it had been sent to salvage
Churchill also told me I had an option to buy the car but I later found out the car was disposed of two weeks earlier, another lie
I have a recording of Churchill employee Chelsea admitting that Churchill " had messed up " and then telling me in the same call they had done nothing wrong
I had £750 worth of personal belongings in the car that i couldn't access because the boot door was damaged and was told everything was safeguarded another lie
I eventually tracked my personnal belongings down from the salvage yard and all my belongings were soiled and ruined
My car was completely undervalued and wouldnt pay me out the true market value and then they tried to fob me off with a paltry payment
Its important to acknowledge this review is based on fact and not driven on a emotion
Stay well away for Churchill as they just do and say whatever they want without any consideration for the customer.

I’m extremely disappointed with Churchill Insurance. This is now the second time they’ve caused me unnecessary stress by assigning Auxillis for my courtesy car — a company that gave me terrible service the first time around. Despite raising concerns previously, Churchill still sent me back to the same provider, which shows they’ve learned nothing and don’t care about the customer experience.
On top of that, Churchill makes false promises during the claims process — they say one thing over the phone to reassure you, but what actually happens is completely different. They overpromise, underdeliver, and leave you chasing support when things go wrong.
Partnering with Auxillis again shows poor judgment and no accountability. If Churchill truly valued their customers, they’d stop working with companies that consistently fail to deliver.
This experience has made me lose trust in Churchill, and I’ll be seriously reconsidering my renewal.”

It’s almost Impossible to speak to a human, and after going in circles with ridiculous AI, when you do get a person they ignore the instruction to cancel.
You can’t cancel online without setting up a ‘dashboard’ where they are collecting even more information which is a pathetic attempt to mine more data.
