They renew your policy without permission and after they have been informed that renew is not required!!!!!
It’s almost Impossible to speak to a human, and after going in circles with ridiculous AI, when you do get a person they ignore the instruction to cancel.
You can’t cancel online without setting up a ‘dashboard’ where they are collecting even more information which is a pathetic attempt to mine more data.
