I ordered an advent calendar on 11 Nov as a gift. It never arrived. Ciate sent another on which also went astray. You can't phone them directly, customer serviceis slow to respond to emails. Finally got a refund after dozens of emails and the calender arrived too late to give as a gift with a third courier
