Best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with - after a mistake on my part they were so helpful in dealing with the problem and although I was happy to return the wrongly ordered item and wait for an exchange they simply wished me a happy Christmas and sent me the item I originally wanted as a gift and told me to keep the original - I will and already have recommended your company to many of my friends who were all highly impressed with the fantastic service I received from yourselves ............ once again thank you so much
