I have no order to review as it has still not arrived.
My Order #140531UK has been dispatched over 2 weeks ago & according to DHL it has departed from the Deutsche Post terminal on 20/02. But I havent heard anything since.
Has it gotten lost?

Customer service has not helped me thus far.
