Ordered a £40 present for xmas (Hannah Martin edit box )which was ‘delayed’ with Hermes - Ciate were very good in replying to my emails but no explanation why it was stuck with Hermes, but eventually had to have a refund in the end and no explanation. Very dissapointed as my order went out of stock so couldnt try again, very upset Daughter so not a memorable experience with this Company im afraid. Had terrible trouble with Hermes in the past with ‘lost’ parcels and no compensation !
