Ciate themselves are great - very responsive to emails and friendly and helpful. However, unfortunately, their chosen courier service Hermes are not - and thus I am still awaiting an order I placed 6 weeks ago, which Hermes have managed to lose not just once but twice, as Ciate sent out a replacement for the first one they lost.
Ciate - if only you'd ditch Hermes as your courier you'd be perfect! I am sure the products are amazing, but I haven't had the opportunity to try them thanks to Hermes.
