POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I sent several emails because i had a problem with my orders and THEY DID NOT REPLY AT ALL. They sent me ONE email only after i called their office. After that, i didn't hear anything from them. Now, i do not know what happened to my return items and if i will be able to get my refund. :-(
